Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, new drops, or high‑volume periods.

Shipping Times Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier. Estimated delivery times after processing are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Incorrect Addresses Please double‑check your shipping information before placing your order. REJOI is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages Once your order has been shipped, REJOI is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. These fees are not included in your order total.
