Thank you for shopping with REJOI LLC. Please review our return guidelines below.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made‑to‑order through print‑on‑demand production, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The item received is incorrect

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A brief description

We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Worn or washed items
  • Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items without proof of issue

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
